Advertising & Marketing Consent

By ticking the “I consent” box on any form on aparteon.com (the “Website”), you confirm that you agree to receive advertising, marketing and informational communications from ESTENX LTD, trading as Aparteon (the “Company”).

Such communications may include: property recommendations matching your search criteria, new listings, market reports, price updates, events, surveys, and offers from the Company and from selected partners (developers and agencies whose listings we publish).

Communications may be sent by email, SMS, push notification, phone call, or through messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber) using the contact details you have provided.

We rely on your freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR / EU GDPR, and on Regulation 22 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) for direct electronic marketing.

Consent is always opt-in. Pre-ticked boxes are not used. You may refuse to give consent without affecting your ability to use the rest of the Website.

To deliver these communications we process: your name, email address, phone number, preferred language, the search criteria you submitted, the date and source of your consent, and your interaction with previous messages (delivery, opens, clicks, unsubscribes).

We do not require special category data and ask you not to send it through marketing-related forms.

Your contact details are processed by ESTENX LTD as data controller. We use a limited number of trusted service providers acting as data processors under written agreements — including email and SMS delivery platforms, CRM software, and analytics tools.

Where any processor is located outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, transfers are made under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

Selected listings shown to you may originate from advertising partners; their identity is disclosed in the listing. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep proof of your consent (timestamp, source form, IP address and consent text) for as long as we send you communications and for an additional 36 months after the last contact, in order to demonstrate compliance with the GDPR and PECR.

If you withdraw consent, your contact details are removed from active marketing lists immediately and from our marketing database within 30 days, except for the minimum suppression record needed to ensure we do not contact you again.

You may withdraw consent at any time, free of charge, by:

• clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email we send you;

• replying STOP to any SMS we send you;

• writing to privacy@aparteon.com with the subject “Withdraw marketing consent”.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Under the UK GDPR / EU GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
